l  Nitrided steel screw and barrel, direct driven by high torque motor, with multi-stages injection speed for better, suitable for most kinds of plastic material.

l  Electronic circuit has protection device to maintain operation more safety.

l  3 heating zones, independent setting for screw speed, injection pressure, and back pressure assure excellent repeatability and precise control.

l  Supplied with a shuttle tabular rotary table, the table will allow the manufacturer to load and unload cores or inserts while the molding machine is automatically performing another molding process.

Elevated injection unit and auto clean material device makes the replacement   of material and mold easier.
