PET preform injection molding machine, injection machine, preform machine

1.  Special designed screw and barrel ensure good performance for PET preform injection, with high speed, good resin plasticizing and big injection capacity

2.  Shop-off (holding pressure) valve nozzle which is controlled by hydraulic cylinder. With this nozzle, the plasticizing and keeping pressure can be done in the same time so it will save production cycle time. It also has good plasticizing for PET material compare with screw and barrel system with normal nozzle.

3.  Double hydraulic system. That means the injection unit and clamping unit on this machine is drove by separate hydraulic system, so the mould opening , clamping, preform ejecting for clamping unit and the plasticizing for injection unit can be done in the same time to shorten the production cycle time.

4.  Three-stage preform taking-out robot system which is drove by servo-motor with high speed; it has the air vacuum system, air ejector system and water cooling system inside. It can take and cool the preform at the same time, so it will shorten the production cycle time especially for the heavy EPT preform(wall thickness is thick)

5.  Big channel cooling water regulating to ensure multi cavity PET preform mould cooling fast and enough

6.  Increase eject force to ensure multi PET preform taking out

7.  PID barrel exactly temperature control
